ikura Copyright Policy

Our copyright policy outlines the process for copyright holders and their authorized representatives to request content removal, along with the consequences for users uploading such content to ikura.

ikura, a service provided by ikura Corp., respects the intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, of content creators. We expect our users to do the same and exercise caution to avoid infringing on the rights of others.

Notice and Process
To expedite the processing of your notice, please follow these procedures:

File a notice, preferably via email to copyright@ikura.io.
Include in the notice:
・Your name, address, telephone number, and email address (if any).
・A description of the allegedly infringed copyrighted work.
・A description (preferably a URL) of where on ikura’s service we can find the potentially infringing material.
・A statement of good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted work is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
・A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf, under penalty of perjury.
・An electronic or physical signature.
We may disclose notices to affected users and third-party databases to the extent necessary for investigation.

Bans for Repeat Infringers
If we determine that content uploaded by the same user has repeatedly violate the terms of the policy, we will delete the user's account and restrict their access to ikura using technological measures.
